1. Eligibility for Returns

You may request a return or replacement if:

  • The product is damaged, defective, or incorrect upon delivery.
  • The item you received differs from what was described on our website.
  • The product is unused, unwashed, and returned in its original packaging with all tags and accessories intact.

Return requests must be made within 7–10 days of receiving your order.

🕒 Note: Certain products like personal care items, cosmetics, innerwear, and perishable goods are non-returnable due to hygiene and safety concerns.

2. How to Initiate a Return

To start a return, please contact our support team at support@softsira.com with the following details:

  • Order ID
  • Reason for return
  • Images or videos (if applicable)

Once verified, our team will arrange a reverse pickup or guide you through the return shipment process.

3. Refund Process

After the returned item is received and inspected, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days.

Refunds are issued through the original payment method (Credit/Debit Card, UPI, Net Banking, etc.).
In case of Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds are processed via bank transfer or wallet credit after confirmation.

4. Cancellations

  • Orders can be cancelled before shipment by contacting customer support.
  • Once dispatched, cancellations are no longer possible — you may request a return instead.
  • If a cancellation is approved, a full refund will be issued to your original payment method.

5. Damaged or Wrong Product

If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery with clear proof (photo/video).
Our quality team will review and replace or refund your order promptly.

6. Non-Refundable Items

The following items cannot be returned or refunded:

  • Personal care, hygiene, or beauty products
  • Discounted or clearance items (unless defective)
  • Customized or made-to-order products
  • Gift cards or promotional items

7. Exchange Policy

If you wish to exchange a product for a different size or colour (where applicable), contact our team.
Exchanges are processed only if the item is available in stock.

1. Shipping Coverage

We currently deliver to most major cities and towns across India through our trusted logistics partners.
International shipping will be introduced soon — stay tuned for updates.

2. Dispatch & Delivery Timelines

  • Orders are typically dispatched within 24–48 hours of confirmation (excluding Sundays and public holidays).
  • Estimated delivery times:
    • Metro cities: 2–5 business days
    • Non-metro or rural areas: 5–8 business days

⏳ During festivals, holidays, or sale periods, delivery may take slightly longer due to high order volumes.

3. Shipping Charges

  • Free shipping is available on all prepaid orders above a specified amount (displayed during checkout).
  • For orders below the threshold, a nominal shipping fee may apply based on your location.
  • COD orders may include a small service fee.

4. Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email and SMS notification with your tracking ID and courier details.
You can track your order anytime through our “Track Order” page or the courier partner’s website.

5. Address & Delivery Accuracy

Please ensure that your shipping details (name, address, contact number, pin code) are accurate and complete at checkout.
Softsira will not be responsible for delays or lost packages due to incorrect information provided by the customer.

6. Delayed or Failed Deliveries

In rare cases of delay due to unforeseen circumstances (bad weather, strikes, logistics issues, etc.), we’ll keep you informed through updates.
If a package cannot be delivered due to your unavailability, our courier partner will make up to 3 delivery attempts before returning it to us.

7. International Shipping

Currently, Softsira primarily delivers within India.
However, we are expanding to select international regions soon — details will be updated here as we launch cross-border shipping.
